I'm leaning UL straight up. While they aren't as solid this year, I think Cinci is even worse. Thoughts?

Cinci has played against tougher opponents and they will be at home. 64% public is on louisville.
I'd say this game could go either way. I'm passing.

you never know which Louisville OR which Cinncinatti teams will show up.....both can be good, both can play like crap. Can't say I'd risk my money on this one unless I had nothing better to do...even then it would be a small play.
