Well not really someday I think it is going to change or so I have been telling myself. I know this does not belong in threads but this is hilarious and thought you would like to hear it. I have not placed a bet since the ucla debacle and tonight once again I like torture. Well, I had UCLA in the first half and left for a jog with UCLA having a 16pt lead and Cal goes on a 13-0 run to end the first half. The funny thing is for a long time I thought it was a winner until my buddy called and informed me. All I could do is laugh. I had the fuking korea +385 to the under 8.5 200-1700 and would you not fuking no it I sit watching it for three and a fuking half hours and just like clockwork lose it in the 9th inning. Just need three outs but no it never works like that for me. Like I said before it gets old and comical. No maybe this is not a bad beat but it sure in the hell feels like it. If I had the over it would have been a 1-2-3 9th. Like I said before just would like to win some like this. People can say luck or whatever means nothing but I tend to strongly disagree. If you were to calculate my good beats to bad the past 5 years which I always keep track of it adds up to 25,000 dollars. What I calculate as a bad beat is losing on the last shot in a basketball game or the last 20 seconds. In baseball losing in the 9th or losing more than a 6 run lead. In basketball blowing a 20 pt lead or 15 pt fourth quarter lead. Also having the dog and losing the cover in OT. I also likewise count ifi t happens the other was as a good beat. Like I said I just updated it and it is currently at -25000 over the past 5 years. For example if I bet 110 on a game and lose to a bad beat I count it as a 210 loss. If I win on the same bet like that I count it as a 210 gain. The number may sound high but my biggest bet of my life I had Tampa at home against the jets on a teaser for 5500. If anyone remembers that game at Tampa it was two td's last 50 seconds of the game. The funny story about this is I thought it was over went and took a shower thinking about what I was going to do with the money and then I get out and hear about this fuking improbable comeback. It was one of those true miracles. The good thing is with this -25000 I am up 5000 over the past years. It is not a lot but if the bad beats had evened out with the good I would be up close to 20,000. I have always stated what seperates a great capper from a good one is luck. I know a lot will disagree and those that do are the ones who always get the good beats. Well enough of that. Tomorrow is a new day. Thanks USA for the meaningless two runs in the 9th.
