Carolina looked awful last week. Their defense is still not very good, but the offense has a good (but very young) QB and a lot of weapons. 3 really good receivers and a good possession tight end.
South Florida's D was just too much for them last week. I think VaTech is a little down this year.
Take UNC +19 and the Over. UNC should score and give up points.
