Uncle Sam Eyes Vehicle Tracking Tax

I was waiting to see who would post this story. I'm a mechanic for a municipality, and we have already discussed the various ways to beat whatever system they would try. But the point is, we are all being taxed to hell. Which new tax will it take before the tea gets dumped.
Is there an accountant that frequents these forums that could tell us on average how many cents on the dollar does the middle income citizen take home after taxes.
Here in WI we have a real deuche bag named Doyle that says no new taxes, so instead he increases user fees on virtually everything. Frikin hunting fees have risen 28% on certain tags, DMV fees through the roof, Cig fees on top of federal increases, .75 cents per month per phone line you have including cells. Every fee has risen, and to top it all. WI is one of 2 states in the nation not requiring insurance to drive, but he raises the minimum liability coverage to the point that insurance companies must charge 33% more to cover this increase. What that does is force people that are strapped to dump their coverage. I will be dumping mine as soon as my 17 yr old gets her own. All Doyle is doing is fattening the lawyers pockets because they have more $$$ to go after. Did I mention Doyle is a lawyer himself.
