Appier is 4-1 in six career starts at the Metrodome, sporting a 2.34 era. He does well in big games like this.
Mays usually bounces back well after a bad outing, especially at home. His team is 4-1 at home with his starting this season following a bad road outing by him. (the one loss was 0-2 to Oakland where Mays gave up 1 earned run in 7.1 innings)
but I just don't like the way these teams have been hitting overs like crazy of late!!
so going lite here on the under.
