2 more to add:

Roy Halladay 14-7 2.85 ERA
Paul Byrd 16-10 3.93

Here's some of the worst:

Mike Hampton 10-17 7.06 ERA...he couldn't take a little less $$ to pitch somewhere else. He might find himself out of baseball w/in the next year.

Bobby Jones 6-11 6.10
Jimmy Anderson 11-19 5.16
Ritchie 11-17 5.31
Jamey Wright 5-14 6.51

Hampton cares about as much as 97% of these other pigs that grab their paychecks weekly that are far more than you make in a year. They don't care about "the game", as long as they are set for life financially, they could give a sh*t less. I've seen a lot of bad mouthing of McGwire on this board in the past, but name me one other modern day player that would return money at the end of the season for failure to play up to his own standards.....I don't have the exact figures right but he also made the statement, I'm paraphrasing here "What's
the difference between 11 and 14 million a year when you're doing something that you've enjoyed doing your entire life."........ANd Alex Rodiguez, even after he signed the most redicules contract in history, he, and his wonderful agent, put in a clause that he must always be the highest paid player. So even if somebody else is crazy enough ( ie George Steinbrenner) to give somebody else a contract worth more, Rodriguez would then make additional money.....Now what difference does it make if someone else is making more than you. If you were satisfied with your contract, then be happy, sepecially one the size of his. Does his mortgage payment go up when somebody else makes more money? Of course not, it's greed, plain greed. This is what the fans are sick and tired of, not whether someone in AA is making 900.00 a month instead of 825.00, or they get 27.00 a day per dium instead of 23.00........And whatever you do, don't upset poor little Sammy Sosa, by asking him to pe in a cup AFTER he volanteered to be the first in line for steroid testing. Well that line is about as long as the one McGwire was in to return unearned money...Then when Antonio Osuna of the crosss-town rival Chi-Sox pumped his fist after striking poor Sammy out with the bases loaded, little Sammy took offense. But it's okay for him to do a hop, skip and a jump whenever he sends one over the wall, then bang his chest and give a kiss-kiss. If it weren't for american baseball he would be making 12.00 a month and I guarantee you he would not weigh what he does today........Sorry for the rant on your thread V. It just really ticks me off.

Don't mean to step on your toes, but a couple other good pitchers:
I guess a couple of these can't be undervalued because the team is good, but they themselves are not appreciated as much as they should be.

Lackey, ANA
Marquis, ATL
Pineiro, SEA
Millwood, ATL
Tejera, FLA
Benson, PIT (stretching it a bit here, but threw the ball well recently)
SImontacchi, STL

Overarated:
Mets staff, minus Astacio
