Trench- Tampa SWAT pretty weak, nothing like LA or Albuquerque SWAT. Your reference to a smokers joke is also weak. Leave those little boys alone. To the rest of you, thanks and be wary. Hussain Obama is coming!!

Hey Cold, do you know who said this?

"The government is afraid of the guns people have because they have to have control of the people at all times. Once you take away the guns, you can do anything to the people. You give them an inch and they take a mile. I believe we are slowly turning into a socialist government. The government is continually growing bigger and more powerful, and the people need to prepare to defend themselves against government control."

Answer: Timothy McVeigh

The president has made America look like a banana republic......

"But you don't understand," the Colombian said. "We've seen this before."

"He's right, my good friend," the Cuban said. "We Latin Americans know the pattern. Believe me we do."

The American tried to shrug off the Latin Americans' warning. To his consternation, he found that he couldn't. Peron, Fidel, now Chavez, they insisted. The emergence of misrule, corruption and economic stagnation in Latin American nations follows a particular sequence or progression. Now the sequence was unfolding in the United States.

"It starts with a cult of personality," the Cuban explained. "One man declares himself the jefe, the caudillo, the big leader."

Had Obama attempted to instigate something like a cult of personality? The American found the charge impossible to refute. During the campaign, Obama had failed to advance a genuine agenda, instead campaigning on "hope" and "change." In effect, he had asked Americans to turn the nation over to him on blind faith. He would, he promised, transcend racial and partisan divides in his very person..........................

There are plenty of whiny bitches and insecure losers who feel good owning guns and looking for scapegoats for their self-created failures. ...But there will be no civil war.

Hey Cold, it's good to have a healthy amount of skepticism for all politicians and their agendas but when you start calling for your fellow citizens to arm themselves for the coming battle with their own government, you've wandered into Looneyville, where Timothy McVeigh's the local sheriff and David Koresh is the town preacher.

The Looneyville contingent really seem to be crawling out of the woodwork. Did you happen to see this beauty in general?

Come on Trench! I am not calling for us to take up arms for a coming battle with our Gov. My God man, all you libs are the same. Defend you and yours !! Obama is going to make even buying a gun difficult. Responsible citizens owning guns makes our world a safer place. Pick up a newspaper or watch the nightly news. Very scary. As I said, crime is up in my neck of the woods. I have a little something for any scumbag trying to kill and/or rob me or hurt my family. That"s all.

Sorry Cold. I think I confused Hedgehog's post about the Brownshirts and the coming Civil War with your posts. Anyway, maybe you could elaborate on the coming "Armageddon" and how Obama's responsible for it?

That's actually pretty funny GW. Welcome back from the deep end. And you're right -- dissent was the highest form of patriotism under Bush/Cheney. :tongue
