Just updated my I-Phone software, took 20 minutes, many updates. Think these phones sit on the store shelves for months and need to be updated. The updates are done through your I-Tunes site, very easy to do. Just use your I-Phone cable. Plug it into your computer and go to the site and it does it for you. If you're having glitches with your phone like I was maybe this will help.

now here is the tricky part....the SMALLER plug is the one that goes into your computer, it is called a USB plug and must go into a USB port! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!
the other end plugs into your phone!

Just got the phone so I'm learning how to use it.......what's the problem with you now?? Like I said we have very negative viewers here???? I just don't get this at all??
I think the point here is that if you are able to use a computer, update its software and even do something like post on this website, chances are you can figure out how to update your iPhone. Just sayin'
