USC has the pedigree

OS has been beating up a bunch of Tomato Cans .

Lets looks at the number shall we?

USC is 13-4 straight up against OREGON ST since 1992 = 76% of winning

USC Trojans vs. Oregon State Beavers Trends

The underdog is 5-1 against the spread (ATS) in this series; the Trojans are 28-13 ATS in their last 41 games in November and 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games after accumulating less than 275 total yards in their previous game.
The Beavers are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 home games when playing a team with a winning road record, 1-4 ATS in the last five home games as well as the last five games played on a Friday night.

The Trojans will not take this game lightly as they have in the past. They need two wins to become bowl eligible and win on the road against Oregon State could get some people to notice this football team again. Stanford provided a blue print on how to beat the Beavers, and the Trojans will execute that plan and get the upset win on Friday night.

If you're smart you'll play these games yourself.

Ok, I have to say the stats above are absolutely horseshit. Going back to '92 includes a decade where the Beavs won 1 or 2 games a year. In the last decade, Corvalis was a death trap for USC. Pete Caroll's teams won ONCE up there and got knocked out of the NC game at least once if not twice. The November record is also BS. PC was unbeatable in November. But, looking at the record of USC when he wasnt coach both before and after and its very pedestian.

All that said, OSU is a good match up for a very average USC team. Mannion is the least mobile QB in the Pac and as bad as the back 4 is for USC, their front 7 knows how to get after a QB like I've never seen before even in the great USC teams of Carroll. This is a really good match up fro USC. But in Corvalis when OSU is the better team AND at home, i'd be passing on this game. But, Its Friday and we got to bet on something being degenerats, so in another twist, I concur and say take USC +160 as I thnk its a toss up so why not grab the + side with the punchers chance? Also the under is a good play as USC's o is very average and OSU is underrated on D.
