Not a very good performance by SC today. After jumping out early I didn't expect them to struggle this much. Give Illinois credit for playing good D, but Booty has missed some open receivers and Washington isn't getting the ball nearly enough. Because of that, they are letting Illinois hang around.

Yep. I really think SC laying down at the end of the 1h was the difference in this game. Don't think there's much chance of them covering now. They basically handed all the momentum to Illinois going into the 2h. I'm sure as hell happy I took Illinois +7 in the 2h now. :00hour

Forget the fumble, I'd be surprised if Illinois doesn't find a way to win this game. SC can't do anything on offense, getting absolutely gouged on defense, and they REFUSE to use their best RB, Washington. They got cocky and mailed it in when they got up 21-0, and now they're in a dogfight.

That was a brutal break down for the Illini.....looked like were going for another score....that D, though, has woke up and started to bring it.....just dont give up the big plays, and they will be fine.....another third and long.....bring some heat and bury Booty.

And, seriously, at some point Vontae Davis will make a huge play.
