I know it's not the Big 12 but I really like Ohio State in this spot. USC with a frosh QB in a tough environment, revenge, and OSU looking pathetic last week to help enhance the perception USC should throttle the,

This was my original thought but I don't know if the freshman QB angle is going to be a factor. If OSU can't stop the run, it won't matter. Also, Tressell still seems reluctant to turn Pryor loose. This might be because there is no real backup for the Buckeyes. TP only carried the ball 6 or 7 times against Navy. I think if they would let him roam a bit more instead of trying to make a thrower out of him (which he is not) their offense would be much more potent. For example, on the fourth down play when they should have kicked the FG, would you rather give the ball up the middle to the tailback or let Pryor roll out?

I played USC -5 when it opened and may buy some back when it gets to 7.5.

agree
usc basically will play the same way because of Barkley where as buckeyes will show much more of their O on saturday.
the teams have reversed their roles from last year, where osu was breaking in a new QB
I like the points here but wouldn't be surprised by a Ohio St win.

OSU offensive linemen looked fat and sluggish while generating no push against a light defensive line....if they have that problem this weekend, osu will struggle mightily to move the football

So Cal
Yeah I would say OSU called a vanilla game for pryor...USC struggles with running QB's
so I wouldn't be shocked if they just let him run free...
But on the flip side
USC's new LB's are much much faster then LY's version...
IMO USC Def is still top notch too.

OSU Def looked vulnerable and needs time to get it rolling...

Also USC team speed is a big advantage...We see it every
Year in the RoseBowl...Twice last year in both big ten meetings it was really obvious how much faster and athletic the Trojans were....

USC will run all day...
After all are u gonna throw your QB true freshman in this hostile crowd ,and call 50 pass plays..... I don't think so...
