After watching tonite's game you are absolutely right...only a totallly outmatched coach would:

1. QB sneak on 4th and 1 with that backfield;
2. Leave Bush on the bench for a critical 4th and 2 play:
3. Burn his last TO before a 2 point conversion

Carroll was horrible tonight...

How about not calling a to and forcing a reply on Vince Young's pitch when he was down????

Knock how we handle, but I defended UT time & time & tried to do it in very classful manner. I made points & stuck to them. I am waiting for some for of the USC lovers to give credit where credit is due after bashing UT for month on end & calling UT "gimmick" "high school" "overrated D" "overrated O" "out schemed" "out coached" the list goes on & on.....IT WAS ALL WRONG!!

That was SC's "A" game, Leinhart for over 300 yds a touch, Bush 200 all purpose yds and a touch, Lendale over 100 yds and 3tds, Jarrett had a zillion catches, USC even played well on special teams......there is no way around it, that was what USC had and they got BEAT by the better team!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok congrats to Texas......but lets not get carried away.........The Texas defense has got to go down as one of the most pathetic performances for a second half in NCAA championship game history........Usc basically drove the length of the field all game.......except for 2 drives or so..........
