Loses as a 40 point favorite at home to Stanford.

Winning TD from Stanford was a 4th and goal from the 14 with 49 seconds to go.

This blows away Michigan-Ap St. by a mile.

Where is SCOTT-USC?

No it doesn't.

How so, if I might ask?

Michigan got destroyed at home the next week by 32 points by Oregon, proving that they weren't really too good to begin with, to say the least.

Michigan since has beaten a mediocre Penn State team at Michigan by 5 points, NW and today Eastern Michigan.

Maybe it's subjective, but I consider this among the top five upsets of all time. Probably top 3. Maybe top 1.

Where is Scott-USC?

He probably just rolled up his Leinhart poster after untacking it from his bedroom wall at his parents, and stomped on it(after a little kiss), and then grabbed his recently used Josh David Booty(or whatever the f*ck his name is) cum rag and discarded THAT as well in some sort of seance which NONE of us want to know about.

Hopefully he doesn't burn down his parents house.

Just sayin'.

Sounds about right.

I think both upsets the Michigan and USC are just as shocking. I think Stanford is a much worse team than App St, but I don't know how big a home field advantage the Coliseum is vs. the Big House.

Would not surprise me to see an Ohio State Fla rematch this year.

Why not S Fla either?

This year will be the year they scream louder than ever on deaf ears for a playoff

If that's the reasoning, then I guess we need to wait to see what USC does next week, huh.

The type of athletes that Stanford has the ablity to recruit versus App St isn't even comparable.

The Big House is about a 10x home field advantage compared to the colliseum. Next to Ohio St. the swamp and a few others it is right up there with the best. The colliseum is just another stadium although huge, but it isn't a factor. It just so happens that the teams from USC have been better than Michigan in the recent past.

WoW.

USC never was a dynasty.

I know UT lost last week to team they shouldnt have & they got beat today by a good OU team, but shit a 40 pt dog wins outright on the road....that is sad.

Sure. Not just next week, but USC will likely run the table after this. Maybe they lose to Cal.

I don't know who they have next week, or where, but I can pretty much promise they won't lose by 32 at home (or on the road, if that is the case) to anybody next week.

Trust me, I agree that the Appalachian State win was beyond shocking (and beyond enjoyable), but I personally think this game was more of an upset. I probably overstated it when I said 'by a mile', but at least by a couple hundred feet.

Eh---why the debate.

Let's celebrate and know that somewhere, scott4usc is wiping away the tears with a pair of his mom's panties.

Wasn't meant to sound like a prick. It sounded like you had a question.

My relationship with KOD is special, it's not like I stalked him by going through all of his posts since he came to madjacks, because that would be pathetic

You can take a nap in the Big House. There is no home field advantage besides the fact that Michigan recruits better than the teams they play. Just like the Coliseum.

I saw a game there a few years back. I was impressed. You could walk around campus and the stadium and it felt at least like a college atmosphere. Never been to the horseshoe or the swamp, just saying.

The colliseum is like 4 freeways bumper to bumper, expensive parking. Starbucks in the stadium. And don't forget if you walk 15 feet away from the parking lot you are in the hood of all hoods.

Don't be scared of Griese tomorrow Bobby. He will prevail.
