my fave play of Duck game was when leinhart self-tackled on an easy step slide to left ... be curious to see how he does in nfl, he better have great OL, love the guys touch and brain in cfb but might be smacked silly in nfl

i agree completely. i actually commented on this same thing somewhere in the nfl forum a few days ago. leinart gets all the media hype, but i just dont see this guy being a great nfl quarterback, and hes hardly the savior for any of the moribund nfl franchises. hes a good college quarterback, but look at what he has around him. hes not nearly as talented as carson palmer. can you imagine carson palmer in the current usc offense? holy shit. the guy who makes usc go is reggie bush. he is incredible. if ladanian tomlinson can be an all-pro in the nfl, then reggie bush will establish himself as a bona fide star in the league too. all the talk about him possibly not having a true position in the pros is nuts. he can flat out play. but leinart, to me, has the makings of a serviceable nfl quarterback that will have his moments, but wont be a superstar -- sorta like a chad pennington.
don't underestimate ballroom dancing classes and the effect it can have. especially as the student athelete that leinhart is. He is studying hard at that one class, so that should make him more mobile.
