arrested again

His second arrest this year? Not to mention able to post a $50,000 bond as a 19 yr old who is already on probation. Mrs. Carroll will probably give hime two whips on his butt and tell him not to do it again... Not many other universities would stand for one, let alone two arrests in one year. Colorado and USC should join forces!

At least he didn't flunk out with poor grades.

Not sure if being stupid or being a criminal is worse.

Maybe Scott4USC can tell us.

What kind of thugs does USC recruit ?

Winston Justice is USC best returning OL and he has been suspended for 2 weeks. He cannot attend classes or anything. Any papers due he gets a ZERO. He also has been suspended for all of spring ball which started on Saturday. There will be a hearing to see if he will be suspended for a year from USC.

He had a pellot gun and USC does not allow any type of weapons on campus. He did not fire the weapon. If he did what the papers said he did, it is certainly a probation violation. Violating probation isn't the end of the world, however. The punishhment for a violation of this magnitude could be as light as an extension of his probationary period or a fine.

His previous offense was approaching a prostitute and he was put on probation.

In my opinion he has "not" done anything MAJORLY wrong at USC. You agree? Or should he be kicked out of school? What more should USC have done in your opinion WAREAGLE?

Approaching a hooker and brandishing a pellet gun may not be reasons enough to jeopardize a young man's life. Possibly, extensive counselling and community service could be the PRACTICAL punishments for Winston.

You made some pretty stupid remarks. I think USC did a lot more than MOST Universities would. 3 years ago, Allmond a starting WR for USC, was suspended for a year for throwing a punch at a USC student. He came back the next year totally different person and contributed to USC success. There were no more problems from him. USC had a verbal from 5-star Safety last recruiting class, he was caught dealing drugs at Burger King, when USC found out, they immediately withdrew their offer. The kid is now attending Washington St. Estes was considered the #1 safety in the country. USC has one of the highest football graduation rates compared to other elite college football programs. Your just plain stupid for making those remarks and not knowing the facts of the case. Winston Justice did not rape or harm anybody and had nothing to do with drugs. I consider those far more serious issues.

Who flunked out with poor grades? Nobody from the USC football team. What an idiotic comment.

Duh Williams.

My quesion is why can't USC stop recruiting criminals and
deviants ?

This guy propositions a hooker and then brandishs a pellet
gun . What a loser. Is that the moral standard that USC
holds for its student athletes ? Would you want this guy
dating your sister ?

Man it looks like trouble for USC this coming year.

This is what happened with Justice.

It happened in a parking lot near USC but not on campus. There was a dispute between 19 year old Justice and three guys in another car. Justice allegedly got out of the car and presented a firearm. The three guys drove off without further incidence, but one recognized Justice and reported the incident the next day to USCs department of Public Safety. They then presented the results of their own investigation to the police as per the usual way to handle this type of report. The police have the case and are doing their own investigation. Results are expected by month's end.

Your an idiot. Mike Williams did not flunk out. Why are you saying that? 2nd, name one criminal USC recruited. NAME ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! From the top of my head, I cannot think of any criminals USC recruited in the last few years. I know for a fact USC dropped a recruit last recruiting class (who wanted to come to USC) when he got arrested and he was a 5 star prospect.

I thought OJ played at USC before he stood trial for committing murder??? Why would you post that picture???? lol.

READ CAREFULLY WHAT I WROTE........

I said name one criminal USC recruited in the last few years. You were dumb enough to put a picture of OJ when he went on trial LONG after he was recruited to play at USC. You completely missed the argument. Name a recent criminal USC has recruited recently. NAME ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! There might be one, but from the top of my head, i do not think there was any.

Your right, it is official.

I think a major reason Williams is declaring early in the NFL is he was most likely not going to qualify academically for next season.

I am saying that because I got the information from a realiable
inside USC source. YOU !

I would have to say this guy qualifys.

Justice, 19, was arrested Wednesday and booked on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon, though not a firearm, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Web site. He was released on $50,000 bail around 1 a.m. Thursday.

PS wonder where Justice got the bail money of 5 grand to get him out ?

Probably USC alumni gave it to him. Does this guy drive a Hummer yet by any chance ?

I guess you have a poor reading comprehension. I said I think that was one of the major reasons for him declaring early for NFL. He has said all along he wanted to stay at USC (after Claret ruling) so why the sudden change? I said "I think" because I do not know if it was a fact. I NEVER said that is the reason or if it was a fact. You cannot understand that? You state Williams flunked out as if it were a fact. IT IS NOT!

2nd, if a player does not qualify academically to play, that does not mean he flunked out. It means he is not eligible to play sports. Get it? So again, you are WRONG for saying Williams flunked out. What is wrong with you? :nono:

Your wrong again, Winston does NOT qualify because these 2 criminal acts came after he enrolled at USC. If you want Winston Justice to qualify, then you must show me his criminal acts before he was recruited to USC. Can you not read and comprehend what I say? You are clueless. I said show me ONE criminal that USC has recruited. NAME ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me put 2 and 2 together for you. That means the recruit has a record and USC still recruited him. It does not mean if a player at USC committed a crime after signing LOI or 30 years later after playing at USC. :D A good example is Miami and that LB they recruited (williams). He is the #1 LB in the nation and he has been arrested 10 times since turning 13. Miami still recruited him and recieved a verbal. He now is in jail i think for violating his probation. That is the example I am looking for. You have failed to provide it and made yourself look foolish.

I don't think it makes a differance if these things happened
before or after he was recruited. A felon is a felon.

Fact is USC has felons playing on the team. I guess if he
is a good enough football player then things can be overlooked.
Its a sad state of affairs for USC. I am sure by spring practice that Pete Carroll will buy Justice a new Hummer.

I can name 5 teams in the country that have no criminals playing for them. Natinal Champs LSU would be one of them off the top of my head. I think they run a clean program with no felons.

If you know anything about me its that I don't really give two
chits about looking foolish. On the other hand my comprehension is excellant.

If you will just admit that USC is willing to play criminals on their football teams I will let it go.

thanking you in advance

Yes it does make a difference. A big difference in my opinion. The argument was whether USC recruited felons. The answer is NO.

ct is USC has felons playing on the team.

That is a bold statement. Who are the other felons on the USC football team? :nono:

No it is not. :nooo:
