Used Car

Looking for a used car for my mom who is 92 years old-still drives once a week 60 miles rt to get groceries etc. mostly on the interstate and around town in a town of 600. She has mid size 4 dr car now and I want to keep it that size.
Any suggestions ? Thanks

reaction time cannot possible be what it needs to be..

ain't started no agrument ..especially with someone I respect a ton..

but can phathom anyone at 92 years of glorious age having the reaction time necessary to slam on the brakes to prevent hitting a kid dashing between cars in the neighborhood..


seen it to many times with the elderly who I cut the lawn for..

none of their children want to be the bad guy to take the keys..

she can ride..the view is better...

She lives in a small town of 600 of who I am sure she knows most if not all in what sounds like a rural town. If she still wants to drive to the local grocery or run an errand why not. Get something large and safe and comfortable. Easy to get in and out of. Gas mileage not an issue as she will not be driving that much anyway. Lincoln Town car or Crown Victoria the elderly seem to enjoy as they fit this criteria.

yep town of 600--no stop lights, very few stop signs and 0 traffic. She does not want a different car likes what she has but it is falling apart.:0074
