Rice -8.5 over Utep Saturday....line seems pretty steep to me considering Utep is 8-2 L/10. Miners got lucky at NTX....Rice should pound them here IMO. Owls have superior guard play should be too much. Rice probably goes to the NIT, but watch out for them there they could go far!
