v.tech & over?

I feel V.tech. IS " DUE AND NEEDS " a big effort here. they haven't played well of late, but i think being home on a prime time game, they will come up pumped and put in a solid effort, to impress the pollesters.
i think this line is cheap, and find value, V. tech by dd's!!
my play:
v tech -8 4 units
v. tech & over 48 2 unit parlay
