Anyone know why Tech is OTB at some offshores?

It may be the letdown theory like what happened with Cal. Team is snubbed from the national championship game. Wil they even care...
Don't think anyone is out for Auburn. seems like the money is coming heavy on Va Tech the last couple of days to move the line from 7 to 5
