Vanderbilt -3.0 $12
Commodores -4.0 $6 WINNERS
DePaul doesn't stand a shot here! :00hour
DePaul is really nothing special... OGVILY IS! FOSTER IS!
Vandy is led by two seniors and an OUTSTANDING frosh in Ogilvy (what a beast!)
DePaul is led by two freshmen, Tucker and Koshwal.
gonna be fun to watch that battle inside by 6'10", 250, Koshwal and Ogilvy.
both teams have 15+ TOs per game so far this year but the shooting by Vandy
is so much better, and Foster leads that racket with 53% from the field and 54% from 3!!
Vandy's big guys, Neltner and Ogilvy are shooting 91% and 78%, respectively,
from the charity stripe, so if DePaul tries to rotate their 3 6'9" and 6'10" centers in to
hammer those two it could benefit Vandy by stopping the clock and
getting them more possessions which is just gonna let them widen their lead.

Ohio +8.5 $2 winner
don't think Maryland blows them out of the building. Vasquez will probably be playing with some fire after his dumb mistake last game but will have to play under control and this Ohio team's had two solid wins in a row.

X Musketeers -19.0 $3... just glad this one's not at Cincy's gym so the bearcat fans can stay at home and turn the tv off at half. loser

UW Badgers -13.5 $4
winner
can't bet against the badgers, they're good and both games they lost ATS were to Duke at Cameron and Marquette (who played Duke to the wire). They win this one easily.

played AGAINST princeton for a unit, they just continue to blow nuts. it's good for the bankroll.

have santa clara -4.5 for a unit, as well. we'll see how it goes.

If you're so confident, why not throw more than fast food money on the game? Not trying to be a dick and I don't know your financial situation, but how can you love a play and then bet $12?

This line seems way to low. I am no expert but this seems to easy!

I think the $ is just his unit size. So I think he is betting 12 units on the game not 12 dollars. :mj07:

as an alum and season ticket holder, I know DePaul pretty well. Well, that is as well as anyone could know this team, as they have been surprisingly anemic imo. I think this line shows that vegas still understands this team has talent. No one expected DePaul to be world beaters this year, but the product they have put on the floor has been atrocious. Fans are already discussing a future coaching change only 5 games into his third year at the school. The fact of the matter is, this team is underachieving and it appears due to bad coaching and player unrest

I know you guys could care less about most of that though. However, that needs to be taken in consideration when wagering for or against them! And most likely against. This line surprises me considering how well Vandy shoots the 3 ball and how bad DePaul?s perimeter defense is. Here are some pure stats for you:

DePaul is 310 out of 341 teams when it comes to limiting opponents points per possession.:scared
DePaul is 233 out of 341 teams when it comes to opponent's FG percentage.:scared
DePaul is 312 out of 341 teams when it comes to opponent's 3pt FG percentage.:scared
DePaul is 307 out of 341 teams when it comes to forced turnovers per game.:scared

How many ways can you say no D?

I haven?t decided if I will make a play on Vandy, but at first glance it looks mighty tempting.

if he personally play regular 3 bucks a play and this play is 12 bucks i think the logic behind this is : if you like the reasoning of the bet just go 4x the amount you play and in my case SIZE matters:142smilie

4 plays for tonight. went 2-2-1 last night getting a push on UCF and played against Oregon right before tip to make up for st. mary's... took a little loss. gonna make up for it big tonight. hopefully it's a far less dramatic night tonight with a few blowouts in hand early.

i'm outta here til late afternoon... trying to get this ****in hotel project rollin' again.

what is about real estate millionaires that makes them think they can be late to every ****in' meeting you have scheduled but then turn around and request one "right now"? whatever. LET'S DO THIS!

good luck guys! can't wait to come back end of day and read all the quality posts. hopefully box and raymond show up again!

there are no freebies in vegas and most trap games are road faves between 2-6 in college hoops (2-9 in football). youll win some but lose more. vandy only 1 rd game and seems last year w or l on the road they are always tight. ill wait till it gets to 5 and take the blue demons . line would be p or 1 if they played better agaianst kansas (which they did in the 2nd half).

what a game. tough to lead after the first half when your star has to sit half of it. 25:00 without a foul, is that correct? that kid's coachable. he's gonna be a STAR! hope he stays 3 or 4 years.

actually, i didn't go to duke. just grew up a fan. i was accepted to duke but i wanted to be an architect since i was 12 so dropping $150k at duke would've only gotten me a degree that i'd have to parlay into a master's in architecture. i actually went followed my military father to hawai'i and played golf for UH and studied arch. but those two time-consuming focuses were too much together so i moved back east and went in-state to clemson to finish my degree. as the wifey puts it, it adds to the "twisted web of the sports bettor" when you're cheering against your alma mater for your childhood allegiance and a point spread. :00hour but i'd have it no other way.

and for those of you that post actually play amounts (e.g. 2200 to win 2000)... i categorize that in with discussing salaries and such with friends, i don't find it pertinent. so when i put $12, imagine that however you want. a typical play of mine is a $3 (3 units or so) play... i don't calculate it--i do in baseball. for those of you that follow baseball on here, as well, know how i've done (despite my absence for the last couple months--i was soooo incredibly busy with two projects i wasn't even able to play every day--i finished the season out just as good as i started it and had the red sox all the way as i did pick them from opening day. even though i had them playing my braves )

gooooood night. only 2 on the board tomorrow, haven't looked at them yet. gonna give em a look before bed and look at friday's schedule and try to cap this weekend's games friday afternoon/evening.

:00hour O-GIL-VY! O-GIL-VY!

Nice Win with Vandy Tig3rs!!

Rough Start but the second half and OT period were more indicative of the aptitude of these teams. Didn't come as easy as it should have but anyone watching the 2nd half knew it was gonna cash!!!! :00hour

How did you know it was gonna cash watching the second half. If depaul could have made one free throw in the last minute they would have won the game.
