Domestic cats should never be outside bc they kill indiscriminately. Cats are like psychopaths; they kill other animals for the hell of it. I can't stand people that let their cats roam the neighborhood to kill all the little songbirds.

Somebody in this thread has been known to catch neighborhood cats in his yard in Have-a-Heart traps and take them to the Humane Society even when he knew where they "lived". Purportedly, that gets the message through to the negligent owners who let their cats kill his songbirds.
