Public can't pick a dog...Think they had the Colts in this one but the key with Vegas will be if Ravens can knock down Colts teaser action..IMO

I have never seen such support from the public for 4 dogs in playoffs. All the right lines and situations to suck public into the doggies.

1 more fave now!

How is Vegas getting kicked in the teeth when the public got buried on Minny and Indy?

I don't believe those sites for 1 second that minny had more money then aaron Rodgers and the pack at home, only laying 7 to the Vikings....

indy im sure could've had the public backing them, but I know Baltimore and packers both were about 8-2 posts around here out of every 10

Do the public betting percentage sites lie about the percentages? I don't think so, and here is why. I use a site that show the exact numbers of what truly public bettors are doing. I don't know if I can say the name here, but it is a site that gives people small amounts of money to wager for free. It has the word "free" in it. It only takes one look at the uneducated drivel that comes out in the chat on there to realize these people are the public. The numbers I see there are always very similar to the public betting percentage sites. The people on that free site bet Minny and Indy the heaviest of all this weekend. I think the people on this site are actually pretty sharp. Of course, there are some here who are sharper than others. Just look for that free site I mentioned and try to stand reading the chat for a few minutes to see how dull the public really is.

Now, does this show you the true percentages for Joe Public's betting in Vegas and at the offshore books? No, but I'd say it gives you a pretty good idea. Anyway, I think it is easy to know what the public will bet even without looking at that site. With all do respect to addict as he is a great capper, I think that you would have been crazy to think the public wasn't all over Minnesota.

The public really is slow. Here was their thought process for that game. Minnesota just beat Green Bay and I am getting more than a touchdown?!?! It's a lock!!

That's how I see it.

Vegas has deeper pockets to weather more than one losing streak...;)

300,000 + came for New Years; cheapest room was $150+ for a Super 8 Hotel room.

Yes. Sports betting is more a hassle than anything else for them. They make their money on tourists getting hammered and dropping money left and right. They can afford to take a lot of hits at the books.

supposed Vegas hot shot told me many years ago that most of the corp. money involved in casinos would rather not even have sportsbook.

more hassle than they are truly worth when you consider the square footage they use.

don't know if it's true or not..

but I doubt that whales swim in the sportsbook.
