VEGAS & WSOP update thread

Well, I was watching Jack from the rail after the dinner break. He is still at table 140 where he started at noon. Six from his original 9 at the table have already busted out!
His table is just one from the rail, but he sits with his back directly to the rail and can't hardly see any action, I can't see his stack at all. So not great viewing in person! Last year was a bit better.
nearly half original field today knocked out already. Jack started 17K at dinner break, the average stack I would guess is about 13k. Saw one dude with 80k!
they have "LodgeNet" wireless all thru the WSOP area and corridors, $5 for 2 hrs. But dude at pokerstars told me someone's unsecured "Apple Network" leaks into seating area at Starbucks (just down hallway from WSOP area), and he's right!
I saw most of biggies just hanging around today. Raymer and Hachem sitting with fans and signing autographs. Noticed Dolye Brunson hobbling down the long corridor with his cane....I wonder if there is any strategy to starting on second or third days?
