Appreciate your input, Hawk, as a formmer educator. I was trying to be succinct with the story and still give the relevant facts. Sorry for the confusion.

The man IS a teacher. He also has a driving school. My granddaughter took drivers ed. from him which is where most of this took place. He was paying her cash, and apparently his wife thought something was funny, too. He informed my grandaughter that he would have to start taking taxes out next week because his wife(a school teacher) said so. She probably does his books.

I am not sure much can or will be done since it was his driving school and she was of age legally.

What did the police say when you filed the report?
Curious what a lawyer would advise you.

If nothing happens to this man then you should take it to another level meaning the local media and try to expose what he did to the public.

You should go to his school and clearly fill them in on what he did outside of school premise so they are aware of it, but if you want to cripple his driving school then that may only be achieved via the media. I am sure local news would not name her or show her if you requested it.

Go to law enforcement, then the school head honcho's.

Then when it has settled, catch the piece of shit when there are no witnesses and teach him the life lesson he will never fully recover from.
And of course never tell anyone.

I'm sure the school he works at would love to know he is soliciting under age girls for sex. I'll bet your local paper would be interested, as well, if you don't see things going the way you'd like.

As much as I'd like to hear about this guy getting beat about the face and neck, that will just make this worse. Call his wife, let her do it.

First off I think you have to think about your grand daughter. Someone suggested she could be put through the wringer if charges are filed. How would that affect her? Some girls worse than others. Also how much damage has this done to her. Some girls can just blow it off while it could ruin anothers life.
Beating the guy up is not going to help your daughter and may get your son in trouble.

No one reads the newspaper - go to your local TV station.

This has been a major consideration during this process. We've not tried to impose our will on her just for pure vengence sake. She's been informed of the different directions to go and given input. One of her requests to her Dad was to not get in trouble.

I believe his wife knows something's up. She was in the building when my son was yelling at this guy about his behavior(so she could hear purposely).

I wasn't involved with the lawyer meeting to know the specific direction, yet. I have told my son about the various meetings suggested here.

The other possibility of bringing this to light is some other young lady possibly coming forward with the same experience.

Thank you all for your continued input. Updates may a little slow now that we're heading into to legal system.

Yeah - I appreciate the updates. Also keep in mind that one day it could go from paying for sex with a minor to rape of a minor.

I think the legal system is the most damning to this man.
