So Vick should be kicked out of the NFL for this but Ray Lewis and Leonard Little (drove drunk and killed a lady and later committed another DWI) should be allowed to continue to play? All the wife beaters, rapists, players that committed sexual assault shouldn't be kicked out of the NFL. What Vick did was wrong but honestly, far more NFL players have committed far worse crimes and not even missed a single game.
Sorry IEI know people were aware of this story but now that it has become public I am outraged. When a person says he has to take this person out???? Don't worry, there are plenty of LB's or defenisvemen who will do this. Watch them react to this when he scrambles or if he ever gets to scaramble or throw a pass again. But Leonard Little gets nothing? Let your wife or sister (God forbid) die at the hands of a drunk driver and see how you feel then. What about NFL players that have hurt and killed HUMANS? Ray Lewis was in the middle of a murder but nothing was done to him, in fact, he was glorified and given the Super Bowl MVP. Yes, a crime is a crime, but some of us value human life more than the life of an animal. Not saying either is right but why the outcry against Vick when others are let go without any consequence? I can't stand Vick and I'm not defending him, I just don't get why people were so willing to forget or even care about all the other heinous crimes that NFL players have committed. I guess because ESPN didn't cover those 24/7.

Dogs are animals... people hunt and kill different animals all the time. Knowone says jack about it as it's considered a sport to hunt. However, Vick gets involved in dog fighting and every NFL fan in the nation wants to see him dead, etc. One of the main reasons is people have dogs and love their little furry animals and a lot of these same people don't get along with the general public. Their best friends are their dogs so they can relate to the pit bulls that have been killed by Vick and his Thug friends. I'm hardly condoning what these morons did, but this crap has been happening for a long time and probably didn't hit mainstream America until Vick's conviction.

HMMMMMM makes you wonder but not this guy....If this person impacts $$$$ generated thru your affilate then they are forgiven by the media and other aspects of their lives are glorified. It makes a simple hearted person forgiving. It is all about $$. Make no mistake about it. How can NBC, ESPN ETC generate $??? Putting Vick on MNF or something if this effect and when he is hit hard they glorify it w/ the defensiveman after the gm asking him if the incident had anything to do w/the hard hit. See how it works? Covers I have followed your plays well and often and didn't mean to come off so harsh on you but this vick thing has me so pissed off. My neighbor has shot my Great Dames w/BB guns and squirted them with water and the judge said in a court of law it is ok for this neighbor to do so as long as it keeps them quiet (Neighbor said my dogs were barking too much) But I have DVD's that proves otherwise and a DVD that shows him taunting my dogs but she threw that out. The NFL has been going down this path for a long time. Like Covers said, other crimes have gone unpunished for years! We live in such a politically correct world these days that no one wants to take a stand against a thug for fear of being called racist!
