Visiting Canada from Detroit

opcorn2I get pulled in every time I cross into Canada. I was denied entry about 15 yrs. ago, I was in the
passenger seat of our company truck on our way to load a shipment in St. Thomas, ON. Unknown to
us you are not allowed to bring in labor (me) into Canada. You have to use Canadian labor. Well I've
crossed 20-30 times since then & they still have me on the list. Sometimes they search my vehicle. I
asked how can I get off the list & they informed me that I had to go to the Canadian Consulate in NY,

Why? Canada from me is 30 minutes. Is it that big of a deal to go there for dinner and shop and smoke a cigar?
