What is really all the benefit of this? Lets do something constructive not destructive!

How is this destructive, a legitimate question was asked and answered, I have no beef with anyone, some of the posted results such as raymonds and n30 give them a boost:tongue

I really doubt his tally. I have no Idea on where he gets his numbers from but all you have to do is do a search and you can get the results. He is way off on mine so I am sure he is on everybodys else.

I hate to post in Vols thread but I have to correct him on my results. We work too hard in getting winners for the wrong results to be posted. I will keep a running total for you guys on all my plays from now on.

NBA & NCAA Hoops Since Posting at Jacks Entire Game

NBA Hoops 12-4 +1790.00
NCAA Hoops 6-3 +320.00 As of Wright State game

Over All 18-7 +2110.00

Miss +13 w
Port +4' w
Prince +1 L

Direct from SEARCH, a question was asked and if people don't want to post records well then you take the chance somebody may post your record and be a minor % off GL

I'll guarantee you they are damn close and will give anyone that is wondering an idea where someones record stands

who cares what anyone record is......all will lose in the long run.....if guys are good enough to win consistantly, why do they sell plays? why dont they just bust the books? cause they cant...

anyone who sells picks dont do it to help people...its all about the cash and preying on people who dont know better.....

ray might be on a roll now, but he is one of the biggest squares i have ever seen....sorry ray....

Just a couple things I want to get off my chest:

Volfan/Nation30 - Regarding your service, I would hope that you use closing lines (or close to it) to grade your plays, rather than these overnight "local" lines that have been posted for years. It's no longer about winning or losing to please the masses, It's all about the customer. In the long run, it's much better to take a loss on a number that "most" of your customers get than to grade it on a personal or local line and call it a win.

Also, being a service and posting plays in a public posting forum DO NOT MIX. One only needs to look at the flack that Fletch, Thunder, Raymond, etc have received by doing so. The facts remain that if you post service plays on a posting forum, you are screwing your customers. If you post anything less than what would qualify as a "service" play, you piss off the posting forum, opening up a big old can of worms.

Since I became a service several years ago, I have refrained from posting picks here at madjacks. This is something I "had" to do, not something I wanted to do. When you go pay, you just can't get down in the trenches with the guys anymore (at least with posting picks) and I certainly wasn't about to pass up the huge opportunity I had. There is a fine line between what is advertising and what is not and I'm not going to come into Jack's house and disrespect his rules. For those that choose to do so, I offer no ill will, just good luck in walking this very very thin line.

Note: the pick I posted tonight was an experiment (yes, it was a service play), but it seems as though most people have forgotten me or aren't able to make the connection.

This statement is asinine (but typical). Who are you to say who truly wants to help people and who doesn't? My customers aren't complaining.
