I need some help from some of you guys that live in Knoxville. I am in the process of putting in an ink-jet cartirdge refill franchise in west Knoxville and want to know if you know any commercial real estate brokers. Family lives in the area and we are looking forward to moving there but I am having a hard time getting anyone that can help me out. I will be coming up in a month and would like to have 3-4 locations to look at. Any help would be appreciated

Just got in Skipper and saw your post.

I don't know anyone in that line of work.

Whatever you do, open in West Knoxville(Farragut) area. This side of town is growing like nuts.

There is a new mall opening near the Pellissippi Parkway and Northshore Drive intersection. I can't recall when but it will be a little while yet. Your family members probably know about it. I'm sure they're looking for tenants. I have no idea what price per square foot would be.

I hope you make the move. Knoxville is a wonderful city. No regrets leaving Tallahassee.

Thanks Nole,

Yes, I know about the new strip going in off of Northshore. My sis actually lives off of Northshore down near Concord. The problem is finding RE agents that will help. I will keep plugging, thanks

Skipper, I'll try to have you a name on Monday. How many square feet do you need? I'm guessing this will be retail and that you want a lease as opposed to a purchase? One of my good friends is a realtor here, and he has contacts all over.

SixFive,

That would be great. I need between 700-800 sq. ft. on a lease. Want to try and keep it under $15 if possible. I do not need Turkey Creek!! That is going for $25-30!

The development out there at Turkey Creek is ridiculous isn't it! They're gonna wish they went 4-lane on each side out there in a few years. Anything that opens out there should make it. I haven't seen anything go under.....yet.

I hope this works out for you.
