been trying to call them for the past hour ..cant get through
are they not open sunday morning ..?-phones just ringing away ....

this is normal. they aren't there 24 hours a day yet. service is great but their hours are something like 10:30 until the last game is over.

Our website is open for wagering 24hours, our customer service hours are as Jack stated 10:20 till the halftime of the last game on the board.
