We had to bowl this morning in the Milwaukee area, and were happy to haul ass outta there at 12:30pm. still took untill 2:15 to get the normal 50 minute drive in!

Last night at the hotel, I looked out the window at about 1am, and it was coming down hard. Blowing from East to West, and there is a car in the lot with it's trunk open!

Snow was blowing in there to beat the band, and no one in sight!

All I could think was, "some poor bastard is gonna get an earfull from the old lady tomorrow moring!"

Jax has not had hurricane since I believe 1969. Although we did have some snow and ice christmas of 1989. We get our share of cold here but spring comes vary early. Snow is fun for about 1 day then it sucks. Give me the 70's thank you.78 here today.:00hour

I've had it with this chit. Just got done shoveling for the 3rd time today. The last 2 times were only a couple inches. I can't imagine what you guys in NY and Colo went through. I'm ready to golf.

thanks for the laugh.. I needed it. We ended up getting about 14 more inches last night - and it's all the wet, heavy stuff. Thank God for a good snowblower.
Like I said, I needed the laugh. Helps the pain that I feel in my limbs from snowblowing and shoveling.
Oh yea - there is nothing worse than the wife having a small dog (shih tzu) and having the shovel half the grass (after the long driveway and sidewalk) too just so her little dog has a place to take a dump!

Snowblower broke, sheared pins I think:shrug: . Garage door doesnt work. Neighbor just came over asking for the blower, she is stuck. Kids' sick with the croup. Plows got me again, 5 foot sledge at the bottom of the drive. No amount of Ibuprofen is helping my back anymore:SIB
