Been there, done that, never will do it again; it's a total headache all the time.
One of my old renters left the house with a pile of newspapers and pizza boxes 7 feet high in the living room :facepalm: He also had a lot of porn magazines in there as well. The toilet was disgusting (it looked like the bathroom from Saw). The kitchen was literally covered in grease. Counters, floor, refrigerator, and of course the stove. The grease was over an inch thick on parts of the stovetop. There were cigarette burns all over the carpet too. It was a total disgusting wreck. I just wanted to torch the place...

You don't have to take that from him............ but if you decide to................. I would suggest astroglide............... or an industrial tub of anal lube......................
