I am down to just one rental and I still believe it CAN be a great investment, but it sure can be rough. I've had people that were complete pigs,but NOTHING like this. Wow.

I have two houses that I've owned for over 15 years and have never had anything remotely like this happen with them. I have been beyond lucky as I've one house has had the same tenant in it since I bought the place and the other has only turned over 3 times since I've owned it. Hope it continues....:shrug:
