warding off the crud

wife has the hack..sniffles..you name it if it is crud related ..3 days on the couch secluded in the tv room..

how do I keep from getting this nasty nasty stuff..

yea that sucks OS. garlic always seems to help me, I like the ones with pepppers. Also eat a few jalapenos if you like hot stuff like I do, more vitamin C in a jalapeno than an orange. Take a couple airborne too, they are full of vitamins. Also get some fresh air, get the old stale shit out! Best of luck to you man!
