IMO Eli will be an NFL QB in the future but he will be in trouble in NY this season. Even more so if he holds out (like Heath Shuler) He will be under a ton of pressure more then he faced at Old Miss and his O-Line is not the strongest in the NFL. I think signing Warner was a huge mistake. His last outing was a 5 fumble effort on the giants field. He has not looked at ease in the pocket since the superbowl. Not the type of player I want to teach the future of the franchise. And it is not like Kurt didn't have a great team around him when he won MVP.

Manning did not want to go to SD because his father did not want him to be the savior of the team, what is he in NY. I am a Redskins fan and when the g-men went out and got Coach C, I was worried, but then they signed Warner and got rid of all their starting LB's and most of the D-line? It is no secret Coughlin will pull a player for any mistakes, that being said he has a fumbling RB and a fumbling Warner.

This division will be tough to call because each team made additions but also big subtractions. Eagles got TO and the Freak but lost two of the best CB's in the game. That will hurt their defense. Losing Deuce will hurt the O. Skins bring in a ton of free agents but lose one of the best CB's in the NFL. Dallas will be starting a Rookie RB, which was one of their weakest positions last year.

To answer the question, Eli or Warner IMO Eli should start but like Boller in BALT it will be a battle.

4BUBBA - A big thanks for all the info and keeping the thread going!!
