I suggested no such thing about having any insight. Everything I spoke about is public knowledge and readily available for anyone with any desire to read it themselves. It's also a point of fact in the trial transcripts.

You're just a petty, hateful fuck that would rather follow than lead, hence the claim that you are part of something that you're not. I'm sure it's been your habit to forego thought, reason, and self reliance for some time now, but you should really consider adopting some more pragmatic habits as they pertain to free thought and individual sensibilities.

Either you believe in the justice system or you don't. You either accept the standard of beyond a reasonable doubt or you don't hedge. You don't get to cheer it when it works for one murderer, i.e.George Zimmerman, and refute it when it doesn't go your way.

The patient who told me this claimed to know who was responsible, but no way to know if he was being straight or not.

Yeah seems like this would have been used as an alternate theory of the crime.

Like FDC said, he went thru the justice system and was acquitted. Whether he is innocent or guilty, I don't know, but it's not for me to decide. My patient who told me this was very believable and seemed credible.

It's easier to believe that one glove allegedly found 2 hours after the murder is dry and crusted, yet another matching glove found more than 6 hours later is wet and sticky is feasible if both subjected to identical conditions than to think Nicole could possibly have been a bit of a gold digger? You find it easier to believe that somehow all the laws of science and chemistry were magically suspended than to believe a bleach blonde California girl living on her sports star's ex-wife alimony payments might have a drug habit?

Let me ask you this, do you think that Avery guy from making of a murderer was guilty?


The reason I ask is because that is the only other case in history other than the Simpson case that allowed the admission of EDTA testing.

He did as did his defense team, however that testimony was not allowed by Ito for various reasons but basically because unless they had exculpatory evidence and eyewitness statements it's hearsay.

The only other way to bring it in is if the prosecution did and they never investigated anyone other than o.j.

The were several incidences that Ito disallowed key pieces of defense evidence and testimony.

1 kaepernick had a weak arm
2 Terrell Pryor was a better qb

I never said he was a great qb or would be (but he was pretty unstoppable for a few years under harbaugh)
