This rain is getting old real fast. We have been getting thunderstorms every day or so for the last 2 weeks. It rained so hard and fast today that I saw manhole covers dislodged because the sewer system couldnt keep up.

Im done complaining now..its starting to rain. Forecast for Sat.....Rain:rolleyes:

It could be snow instead Bubbas:eek:

I'll take the spring rain.

I'm mainly worried about all the bugs that will sprout.

Well last year we got so little acrosse Wisky Land. Lawns were lost, crops were at 50% yield. So it seems about right we get it all this spring. I agree next 3/4 days rain and more rain. Now when we get to June and can use a shower we may not get a drop. But it sure as hell is wet out there now.

I would much rather have the snow..only cause I snowmobile. Oh well it cant go on forever.

djv.. I agree..alot of farmers have lost crops due to no rain. The problem now is that the are losing them because of to much rain. They just cant seem to catch a break. I drive past fields and all of them have lakes. The corn that was planted is getting drowned out. It is also the first time I have ever seen exits for I94 closed because they are flooded over.

AR yes you folks need it real bad. Is it true some of the big lakes out you way are at 50/60 feet below normal. And some smaller ones are just dry.

Heard this on the news yesterday..13 out of the last 16 days had rain. Including today its 14 out of 17. I should have known something like this was going to happen...I put down a bunch of fertilizer pellets before this rain started. Guess what???...it works real well.

djv,

yeah, the lakes are very low out here, but don't know how much each lake has lost.

the funny thing is that nobody seems concerned.
