I'm not a church goer, but most of my friends are, I choose not to disparage their religious beliefs.
That's a great idea, skulnuts. Let's try something different.
1. No firearms possession by anyone under 21. Full FBI background check before purchase. I once needed a security clearance to work for a defense agency. The FBI did the check - talked to my grammar school teachers, neighbors from twenty years earlier, checked with local police everywhere I'd ever lived.
2. No face-to-face sales, no gunshow sales. See #1.
3. No rifles with a magazine capacity greater than three rounds. Target shooters mostly load one at a time, and deer hunters who can't kill a deer with three rounds are morons anyway.
4. All firearms registered with local police along with fingerprints.
5. No concealed weapons except law enforcement.
6..No firearms in public businesses like WalMart.
7. No firearms in any public facility except law enforcement.
8. Assault with a gun to be a capital crime whether the victim is injured or not.
9. Violation of any of the above to be tried within 30 days and publicly executed by burning within ten days if found guilty. No appeals. Co-conspirators burn too.
I'm a gun owner. I hunt and I shoot targets nearly every week. I'm fine with all of it.

This is the heart of the matter. The NRA does not really give much of a shit about the 2nd amendment.
Most americans have a gun that has wanted them over the years.
What the NRA does care about is the cash. The gun sellers in America do not want in any way to stop the millions of dollars in sales they get every year. Large Corps give heavily to the NRA
and what do they do with the milions the NRA gets ? They use it influence the lawmakers . They lobby. Cash under the table shit. Rubio got a million for his campaign. and so many more Republicans mostly.
Follow the money .
The NRA dont care about kids being killed in schools, as long as they dont push the age limit to 21 yrs old. Then the gun industry loses alot.

Checking out some spring training and saw this thread, so skullfuck only wants people who are willing to carry guns to be teachers?
Teachers are already the most underpaid people on this planet and now they are supposed to carry weapons on them and take out nut jobs with assault weapons??
Also teachers don't even get enough money for books supplies etc but we are going to find the funds to get them all guns.

The asshole governor of Florida is calling for half a billion dollars to get well armed cops in every Florida school. 3 for every 1000 students. Can you imagine going to school now?

Overall, as a country, we are filled with dumb people. We elected a reality TV star as president and we're shocked he's terrible. We have a gun problem and the answer is "more guns". We are going to spend $24B building a wall that won't stop Mexicans from crossing the border AFTER cutting taxes. Somehow, we'll have money to buy teachers guns and ammo and pay for their ongoing training. We're so stupid.
Remember when they complained about Democrats being the "tax & spend" party? The "cut revenue & spend" party is digging quite the hole. What a joke.
