I love those San Diego Toreros laying -3.5 at home. Now I know that this is a revenge game for St. Mary's and that they've won their last two trips to Jenny Craig Pavillion, but this is a San Diego team that is looking to reinstate its home-court dominance since falling to Loyola Marymount a couple of weeks ago. There is a lot of public money on St. Marys as well, which is expected with a team that has won 3 in a row and 5 of their last 6 overall. Don't fall for the square St. Marys trap...my money is on the Toreros to improve to 7-5 in WCC play.

dennis, youre an excellent west coast capper. but im not sure why youd try to convince yourself that sd is an anti-public play. for starters, there's hardly a public side in a non-gonzaga west coast conference game. and any public money is going to be on san diego anywhere, as the toreros are widely regarded as the 2nd best team in that conference behind the zags (regardless of record). i do like this play, but simply because i think usd is better, not because of any unrelated non-game variables.
