If my rant is such a "duh" variety; why is it not reality ? That's my point ! It should be a "duh" but it is not. Why ? APATHY / A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND A SENSE OF SELF TO CARE OR NO BETTER ! TO ME THAT'S SAD ! This rant came after a great meal and gathering with my family, it came in a idealist moment. Marine : why do we allow means : We the free people of America have a power that few of us understand or utilize. We allow our government to do what they do to us because WE are their breath. We elect these people. If I was from another planet and did not know there was free elections in this country, I would think that, people were being threatened not to go and vote and change things. The masses are not being threatened but they are being persuaded by a multi layered political / media / corporate / scheme. It's a scheme that involves food,legal & illegal drugs, crime, taxes, health-care, education, and class envy." Let them eat cake !" If you understand what that meant then, you have a clue now ! "you can't beat city hall ???" Maybe you can't ! As a free American, I think I can, I could never live without hope. I may not be hear when "THEY" get there, but I will be one of the small blocks at the base. Just because it's not going to cash for us, doesn't mean we have to give up. History has shown that all great leaders don't live to see their dream. It's like building a pyramid, one block at a time ! I don't mean for my post to be negative, I'm just stunned at the apathy. Some times I think and say every man for himself. I can't live that way. I have a young guy that works for and with me. He has two young children and a wife, I help him because he helps himself and me. I have mentors, now I am one. It works !
