They are talking about the possibility of a major snow storm Sunday in New England. This could affect the very large spread in this game.

This could also affect the Giants game, but maybe the New Yorkers could comment on that.

I will update this week as it gets closer...

Does NE have anyone out on parole to plow the field on Sunday???

Maybe Saint Nick can pull a few strings (or bars) and bring out #7 and put him behind the wheel too the sounds of "Who let the dog's out"....

Above the Clouds....
Supposed to start here about midnite on Sat. I'm about 4 hours from the stadium so they will be in the middle of it. Talking about up to 2 feet. :scared Have they ever canceled a game for weather like this?

does anyone have any more updates on the weather?

DOesnt it seem a little bit too easy to take NE over 33 team total? Belicheck wants nothing more than to stomp mangini and will not let up off the gas pedal. Factor in that NYJ will go three and out almost every set of downs, NE will have plenty of opportunities to run the score up and score at least 34?

Weather looks as predicted in New England

Published Sun Dec 16 9:12:00 a.m. CT 2007

(Rotoworld) ESPN reporter Wendi Nix reported that there is currently a "wintry mix" falling at Foxborough stadium and similar conditions should continue until gametime.

Impact: Winds remain the main concern and are expected to continue. It started snowing in New England, but quickly changed to sleet and freezing rain. More than anything, wind would hurt Brady's chances of a big day. We would continue to monitor all the weather situations, but would only consider benching Brady for another top-5 quarterback option. The consequences of the weather is unknown. Brady's dominant season has been a constant.

Conditions in Cleveland look nasty

Published Sun Dec 16 9:34:00 a.m. CT 2007

(Rotoworld) It's currently raining in Cleveland, but the temperatures are expected to drop below freezing soon.

Impact: From BuffaloBills.com: "The heaviest snow is expected right around noon, with possible white out conditions at times. The winds are already picking up with 20-30 mph winds expected with up to 40 mph gusts." It sounds like Cleveland could be the worst conditions of the day, although New England is also expecting 25-30 MPH winds. Derek Anderson, Lee Evans, and Braylon Edwards owners can look at alternatives, but we'd still only use the weather as a tiebreaker between reasonably close options.

Did anyone just see the field in NE? That was crazy. They had snow plows trying to push all the slush off the field, and the field just looked flooded. Good news for me, I go against Brady/Moss today in Fantasy Semi-Finals.
