Where in the Bay Area LDB ?

I lived in Danville for almost 2 years and Lafayette for 4 months.

Did you know that before the KY derby became the "DERBY" Danville, Ca was one of the other sites that was up for the sites for the BIG RACE?
We lived in White Gate, by the big equestrian center.

I had a gf who rode there all the time and to see the old photos and the history of the place was amazing. Some old stable hand told me that story.
