Canada
North Coast of Alaska........you won't get many hot days if ya live there.

Wyoming and Colorado also don't have too many super hot days.

I can't motive myself to do anything in hot weather, and i hate sweating.

I thought San Diego would have been hot.

San Francisco
I did.

What about SF, my auntie lives there.

What about areas of Canada in the summer?

The city of San Francisco rarely gets above 75f/23c
Maybe 10 times a year.
It also rarely gets below 40f/5c.
Maybe 10 times a year.

If you get outside the main city area, it gets a bit warmer in summers, but the city itself is perfect for someone who hates extreme weather.

The entire west coast is like that, to an extent. So long as you are close to the water.
