website is crawling for me this morning

I've had the same problem but usually only early in the AM.

between 3am and 6am the site is on auto backup and it slows things down to a crawl. that's the excuse anyway. i think they should be able to fix it but he says i need to be deleting old files or get another server but the servers we have have plenty of room left. at least the problems are during slow times.
