two games really jump out at me tonight.
Baylor/Txas over 8.5 +113 x3. First is college baseball. if you haven't been following or playing it yet, it's a dog lovers dream. dogs have basically been crushing at a maddening clip usually around +200. Texas is the last undefeated team going tonight. They should win, but i'm not laying any chalk in this ws. Pinnacle offering the over 8.5 at +money...i'll bite. Texas can swing the bats, especially aluminum ones. McCulough won't see the mound tonight for the horns. Both teams should be able to get 4 runs. Conditions are ideal. Might be some shadows first couple innings, but I don't see any reason not to hit the over 8.5 at + money.
San Fran -155 x 10. I don't normally lay chalk like this often, but I'm prepared to make this my biggest bet of the season. Actually my biggest baseball bet in a while. Schmidt is coming off a 4-0 shutout of the Tigers on the road. His previous starts after his re-hab didn't go well as he was working on his delivery. Apparently he found it. He should pitch a gem at home tonight. The Giants will definitely get their fair share against Halsey. The bonus swayer in this play for me is Wally Bell behind the plate. If you haven't looked at his stats, go ahead and do it. Home teams hitting at a 13-1 clip so far this year. All the home chalk has won with him donning the mask. Hate laying chalk, but I really really like this play and am gonna pound it and hope I'm right.
Forgot to mention, Schmidt is auditioning to get out of town tonight. His name is in all the trade rumors. He's not happy in SF. He wants to go play for a contender. That's more incentive for tonight.
