My site- (plus one more I use), has a different public % on the total, but I think Illinois St comes out firing. They should be pumped to take this one in my opinion. One site had 65.5 (around 5:30/ which dropped), the other had 65 (which never moved). I like both teams to break 32 either way, no naturally, 65 lined up. Let's get it brother!

WIS/IOWA 100% on OV at 64.5
OK St/OKL 94% on OV66.6 and it dropped to 64.5
ARZ/COL 64% on UN67 -103 and it moved to 67.5 -112 at Pinny ===> this OV definitely gonna hit

this one also strange ...
