ncaa 57-42
nba 14-11
first-half 10-13(expect this to turnaround)
2nd half 25-13
overall 71-53

yesterday recap, went 5-0 in college---all winners involving big ten teams(my self-proclaimed bread and butter)--Its true, have wathced almost every big ten game this year, so i know these teams well. 1-0 in nba--feel i can be consistent in nba if i keep my plays down to 1 or 2 max per day..i have done farily good job with that. So yesterday was perfect, and i left off oregon for game, and liked umass---the line movement on umass game scared me--they won outright. also leaned on byu, cant remember a game like byu where 2haves were so different, really shocking. ok enough of yesterday, today looks promising.

lamar--vermont---this is opinion and thoughts only(no play here)- well vermont i looked at their year, and how they faired. ealry and middle of season they had trouble winning close games, but they were in every game. then they start winning these close games, ending year very hot. They play basketball they way its supposed to be played, very team oriented and selfless type players.. They face a hot and inspired lamar team that features 6seniors, they have a talented back-court--i reasearched them, and ealry in year they were lacking in the assist department, not moving the ball going to much one on one. Now they seem to be playing toghether, and moving the ball--Line open at 3 now down to 1.5(someone likes vermont)--i really feel this is a toss up---whoever makes big shots late will win, sounds simple, but its the reality. so maybe a halftime play here

here are my plays:

south flordia- cal----well call was 17 an 1 at home--out of their 24 wins..cant see how they are favored by 3---yes from the eye test they appear to be slightly better than south flordia---but south flordia doesnt do anything flashy, love their coach and point-guard---south flordia so physical on defense, pushing their opponents deep out on the floor.. how will the refs call the game, they let them play in big east tournament which i feel favors south flordia---again this is a tough match-up--i feel the points could be a premium, but just to hard to predict as i anticiapte this being a very low scoring affair---and buckets will be hard to come by from both teams---so the only play and i feel its a good one barring overtime---give me cal-south fla game under 116 final play

lasalle -2.5 ---well im big on the big ten, and feel they will do well in ncaa tournament and nit;however, this minny team is so fickle, they had some major letdowns at home, so for them to go on road and play a HIGHLY MOTIVATED lasalle team. Lasalle is building a program, and this nit oppurtunity is seen as just that, a major oppurtunity to run deep. They want to be here. I feel these 2 teams are realtively even, minny has a bit more talent, and lil more athletic, but not by much. Lasalle at home, being motivated, vrs a lame duck in minny imo...very good spot---final play lasalle -2.5

valpo +10.5---valpo to me is a ncaa tourney team, they let one get away against detroit..they are very skilled and play basketball the right way...very team oriented. Going up against a athletic undiscplined miami team. Miami seems to play down to teams, and they do not have the killer instinct. I will gladly take the points here, with a dog that could win. final play valpo +10.5

oregon st first half -6----------another team that by the end of year was worthy of ncca --not qualified due to ealry year woes, but they improved a ton, and started playing good basketball. really playin better defense whcih led to ez offense.. I watched w.carolina in championship game vrs s.dakota st---they suprized me with their athleticism and grit---however, oregon st has better athletes, and much more skill in every postion--so i see a run out type game--my only concern is the beavers focus, but i love their coach and what he has done, so feel he will have them ready--oregon st has played the double digit favorite role well, bottom line...they take care of the teams they need to...final play oregon st first-half -6

leans: yale -4.5---love rosen, he wants to extend his season---and bowling green +4---public on oakland--oak has talented guard that i think can play in the league, but reasearched b.green and they have played everyone tough--i see oakland as a high powered offense featuring very good guard play--they can flat out shoot the 3---but feel b.green can win--just lean as of now---like my 4 feel like i have a good winning card.

final plays---cal game under 116
lasalle -2.5
valpo +10.5
oregon st first half -6

2 leans be back at half if i see something worth posting:0003

adding ohio st to win the east +150 with melo going down i feel this adds extra value, as i seen these 2 teams meeting---i feel harvard, vandy, montana, or wisky could come out of the top bracket and beat syracuse... i said flordia st is a dangerous team and can run deep in tourney before the acc tournament...i said they have all the pieces to run deep in tournament, and tthey do.. they are not a secret anymore. However, i feel the buckeyes match-up well with flordia st--feel the bucks are more athletic----as i will prolly be on the buckeyes if these 2 meet---large--especially flordia st not being under the radar, now the average joe has fsu going deep in tourney and being talked about alot, so think osu will have value in that matchup---About osu team--they have all the pieces to make this final four run, top big man in sully, very solid point-guard(best defensive point guard in the tournament)--buford, a nba talent player with big time jump-shot, thomas, absolute finisher around the cup, and very suprizing 3 point shot. Smith, another athletic body that can knock down the open 3. with other role players off the bench, which i think they know their role(very important).. as a basketball player to know each strength and weakness.. as i feel they do.. anyways final play--OSU TO WIN EAST+150--- i will be shocked if they dont win the east--this team is tough and overlooked imo

yea i am aware, both teams have played well at home and not on road---they are both in gym where they havnt played and neither has home court crowd--so to me its a road game for both--s.flordia looked pretty good in madison square garden--think the game is a toss up--but the under is the play imo

thx pigskin----

1-3 in ncaa hoops--hit my big nba play---felt i ran bad a bit tonight, as cal under should of cashed--fouling down 14 with 20 sec(absolutely ridiculous)---valpo gave up, hate road teams---oh well--broke bout even with a 2-3 record so can not be mad bout that---minny suprized me as they went on road and got a win, they defenitley used their athletcism getting alot of ez baskets... Really excited bout this week, i have a few i feel really strongly bout--
