Boise St +4.5 over UNLV ****
Boise has a good solid team....Drmic is a player...Webb at 6'9 almost avgs a Double-d and scores inside-outside...think the Rebels are in trouble...Broncos have won some road games in the conf....think they could get a win tonite at Vegas....

just got back....doing rehab and golds gym

will look at the scores in a minute

I liked Fordham +10 TAM -3,Clemson -2 and Butler -13.5...didn't get a chance to play or post them but hope they all don't cover now...go Broncos

Box--How is rehab going-I hope you are doing well. Any more stress tests coming up. I have done those and they are tough. GL

heleanth...that was the line I got this morning...at 6.00am...guess the line went down to what you got...I capped it myself last nite and my line was Boise, even +1 or +2...so at +4.5 I jumped on it...hopefully then either win or cover...

Hawkeye....rehab is going good.. I go 3 days a week..I do 5 minutes on a machine... then they check your blood pressure every 10 minutes...I also at home do about 5 miles on a bike and chase kids all day for another 2-3 miles...tonight was invited to a "step" class at golds gym...it was pretty good but only did a half hour...think I'm pushing it to much...there were about 60 woman and me...would rather play racquetball but at night all the A players show up....during the daytime all my guys show up to play...but since I'm working I can't play...but doing good...my problem is my diet...I am a pasta, bread, steak, etc eater...hate veggies,etc...bought a book with recipes for your heart...it sucks...need to change my lifestyle eating...

Box,
Look into the DASH diet. My diet was similar to yours and I was able to switch over to this diet pretty easily. It is more about portion size and limiting sodium/sugar. I've been on it for two months and lost about a pound and a half each week. Lots of information on the internet and plenty of recipes that carnivores like us will enjoy.
