Playing these so far:

DePaul/Providence Under 143.5 for 3 units - LOSS ? rumor is that DePaul didn?t even book a hotel as they didn?t even plan on being in NYC for two days. Providence was also scouting heavy on the Bearcats. Things can quickly change and that will make a big impact today. Look for the Blue Demons to really slow the pace down in this one. The first meeting between these two was fairly close with a slow pace. DePaul knows if it has any remote chance of pulling off another upset, this game can?t end up in the 70?s.

Baylor +1 for 3 units - WIN ? yeah Baylor has underperformed this year. Yeah Nebraska just beat them on their home court. Yeah, everyone loves the Huskers as Doc Sadler has them playing scrappy D. Just don?t think those things matter today. Baylor has a clear front court advantage and showed it on the boards in the meeting last Saturday. Simply think they don?t go two games against this average Huskers team and lose them both.

Colorado/Texas Over 128 for 3 units - LOSS ? Buffs will likely try to slow this one down, but the Horns will be out running try to win big. These two have a history of not playing much D against each other either. This one goes into the 130?s.

Looking into the other Big East games that just got lines up.

GL today guys.

A couple others:

West Virginia -4.5 for 3 units - WIN ? WVU handled them in their first game. ND has played with a small rotation all year and today playing their second straight against a rested Mountaineer club it comes into play. ND may hang tough for a half, but WVU will pull away with this one and move on to the next round.

Cuse -6.5 for 3 units - WIN ? Boeheim?s zone D is great in tournament play. Less scouting you have to do as you simply have your D dictate what the offense is going to do as opposed to vice versa. Cuse is playing well right now clicking on both ends of the court and it will continue tonight against a Hall club that had to really notch up in the second half to put away USF.

GL guys.

1-2 to start the day. Just haven't been doing well in the early games. One more for tonight:

Portland St. -7 for 2 units - LOSS - Portland State showed they were affected from the week and a half lay-off last night. Montana St. has been playing the role of cinderalla but it stops tonight in a big way.

last play of the day:

Montana St./Portland St. Under 73.5 for 2 units - LOSS - both teams are hot but I don't see that continuing. Also not a lot of fouls being called. The pace of the 1st half doesn't support this #, it's just both teams are shooting well.
