I'm with you Countinguy, I've just about had enough myself. It is one of the toughest year's I've seen. I feel fortunate to be showing a decent profit.I know it's sound's bad to complain when you have won, but man I have lost some heartbreaker's.The bad thing is I used to be able to shake it off pretty easily. I'm having a harder time doing that these day's. I guess it's the way I seem to be losing some of them.I really think a few of us could put our head's together and come up with some very solid play's. I think something we should look at are team's who have a slew of disciplined hitter's ( patient at the plate) vs. team's with a radical bullpen ( have a hard time throwing strike's ) as our starting point. From there add in the umpire angle, then see if we can find those advantages in a team that's an underdog. I mean I'm sick of capping these game's with all the other information I use when basically every game come's down to bullpen's every night, I mean I cap these game's and if you'll go back and check, the team's I've played this year are blowing 3,4,5 run lead's. It's very frustrating.

Guys, Appreciate both of your comments.
I am a very stubborn person, and always refuse to give up, but getting close w/this sport, this year. There is just no rhyme or reason to any of the plays anymore, I feel like I would have more luck buying a lottery ticket.

Before Allstar break I was up 40 units at my peak and now I have lost half of that. And the amazing thing was I was only playing 1 unit game on everygame, I was up 50 games over 500 at all star break.

Hate to admit but I have not had a winning week in baseball since all star break. I don't know if something changed w/the players or what that I am unaware of. But I cap the games the EXACT way I did before allstar game, and only play the top games that meet certain criteria.

But anyways where I am heading w/this is, I have been thinking hard about what Gecko mentioned before he said it. Thinking about fading my own top plays and see what happens. If I would have done that since all star break I would be up 60 units now.

Well anyways gonna do it tomorrow and see what happens, it can't hurt at this point and if it wins gonna keep doing it.

GL GUYS, Sorry to rant and rave just pissed!!

I wasen't up as many units as you CG, but i was doing good every week. About the second week after the break is when it all started going down. i kept telling myself that if i start getting knocked around I am going to fade myself, but can never really bring myself to do it. Good Luck my friend in what ever path you take!!

Hey Sporto,

Ur story does not surprise me at all, because we always had a lot of the same picks before all star break. So I think u cap pretty close w/me.

But anyways I am gonna do it next few days, would not recommend anyone play my picks except for me, til I see how it does. I have some units to plays around with yet about 19 last I checked!! LOL!! ;)

GL BUDDY!! and Thank God for FOOTBALL cause this sport is driving me crazy lately!!

I 'm right there with you CGuy. I have lost over 46 units since the all star break. I also only play 1 unit per game. It really makes you doubt yourself.
