over (63) 2 units. man, i really thought i was going to play georgia southern. that option offense is the perfect offense to keep a high-scoring offense like bg off the field. but the more i think about it, i realized i had to stay off the eagles. for one thing, and this is just my opinion, but i'd guess the game against georgia was a bigger deal for these georgia southern players than the godaddy bowl. even if the godaddy bowl is their first bowl game. and a few extra weeks to prepare for the option is big for bg. georgia southern got lit up by georgia st. matt johnson should have a field day. and if that bg offense lights up the scoreboard, georgia southern is hardly built to mount a big comeback. if the eagles have to throw the ball, they are fucked. i also think the rain will impact the option game more than the passing game. i am a little worried about the wind though.
all that said, obviously i'm expecting a lot of points. a couple fumbles by ga so deep in their own territory would be awesome for smitty.
one piece of advice... ignore the results of the poinsettia bowl. you should never, ever base a wager on what some drunk guy on the internet said.
